There is time for everything

Dear valued SALLR and VZR clients

As we prepare for the lockdown announced by President Ramaphosa, we would like to say that we are still here for you.

We care about you and wish you only the best during these turbulent times.  Although our physical office will be closed, we are able to work remotely and should be able to continue to provide many of our services as normal.

There will be certain things that we are not going to be able to do for you, but, as far as possible, will be trying to look after you seeing that we are set up to work remotely.  You can continue to engage with us via the normal email channels as you’ve done before – all our staff will be working from home with full email capacity and please do not hesitate to contact us as usual on our landline (041 373 4322), which has been diverted.

We were looking forward to a prosperous year but appreciate that there is a time for everything and better days are due to come.

Kindest regards

The SALLR team in lockdown but kicking like hell

By prioritising continuous learning and staying informed, HR practitioners and labour relations specialists can navigate the complexities of the modern workplace, ensuring both organisational and employee well-being.

It is apparent that government initially took the viewpoint that vaccination against Covid-19 should not be compulsory.  However, it appears that the recently-promulgated Consolidated Directions on Occupational Health and Safety Measures (‘the Directions’)[1] signifies a very different approach.

Watch out for the SALLR 37th Annual Seminar this year.
