Annexure 2 is the employers’ responsibilities checklist and should be utilised on a continual basis to, firstly, identify ‘gaps’ and, secondly, formulating action plans to deal with such ‘gaps’.

Annexure 3 is a statutory compliance checklist that should be utilised on a regular basis to ensure, amongst other things, that those responsible for certain activities indeed undertake them as required.

As indicated previously, the enclosed recommended compliance documentation should be adapted, taking into account, amongst others, the specific industry within which the employer operates, the content of its workforce, as well as the specifics of the workplace.
